National EMS Memorial Service Honoree

	Marcus E. Carr Chillicothe Fire Department Chillicothe, Missouri

Emergency medical technician Marcus Carr was the driver of an ambulance involved in a head-on collision when a tractor trailer driver lost control and swerved into the ambulance's path. He had been an emergency medical technician with the Chillicothe Fire Department and Ambulance Service for 22 years.

Marcus died at the scene of the accident on January 3, 1994, at the age of 54. He left behind his wife Shirley.
